Job Title: Immigration Paralegal (Corporate & Private Immigration Focus)Location: Central LondonJob Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong focus on corporate and private immigration matters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess extensive knowledge of U.K. immigration laws, processes, and procedures. This role requires managing cases from start to finish, preparing immigration petitions, and providing exceptional support to both corporate clients and individuals.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Immigration Partner with researchFrequently review immigration policies and guidanceAttend to telephone enquiries as well as respond to email enquiries Take instructions over the phone, by email and in person and advise thereon.Manage your own caseloadComplete paper and online immigration applications such as but not exclusively to Start-up, Innovator, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility routes, Temporary Worker routes, Sponsor Licence applications, Sole Representative of an Overseas Business applications, Married and Unmarried Partner applications, EU settlement scheme applications and British Citizenship applications. Draft representations filed in support of applications Contact UK Visas and Immigration where requiredBook biometric appointmentsPrepare Immigration appeals to include, drafting grounds of appeal, completing appeal forms and lodging the appeal, drafting witness statements, instructing and liaising with Counsel, paginating and preparing appeal bundles and communicating with the CourtGeneral administrative duties to include electronic and paper filing Attending networking and business development events. Qualifications:Law degreeCompleted Legal Practice course (preferable)Previous corporate immigration experience (at least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Immigration department).Being able to work under pressureBeing well organised
