We’re looking for a Stores Person to join the team of a successful company with works in engineering and rail related infrastructure activities with offices UK wide. Based in their Sheffield depot, you’ll be working within their Plant gang. This is a permanent role offering scope to progress.

Your responsibilities as a Stores Person will include:

* Booking out plant and documenting all transactions

* Upkeeping the stores and yard whilst upholding Health and Safety protocols

* Guaranteeing return, proper storage and maintenance of plant and equipment

* Facilitating the transportation of equipment to sites

* Managing and maintaining inventory levels

* Communicating with suppliers to ensure seamless operations

Skills required as a Stores Person:

* Prior experience in a similar role

* Knowledge of construction plant and equipment
