We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Woking (hybrid, 1 day/week in the office).
Our Client Experience team is crucial to the success of our industry-renowned customer service function; Your key responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager will include to:
Ensure customer success by anticipating and resolving issues before they arise; Stay ahead of the curve by proactively identifying opportunities and presenting cutting-edge solutions to help our customers thrive with our products.
Keep a close eye on our customers to ensure they are consistently reaping the maximum benefits from our products and services
Coordinate with internal teams to align our customers' needs with our products and services development strategy
To join us as a Customer Success Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:
You must have asset management/industry experience
You should have prior experience in customer success
You have a strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
You will need excellent relationship-building skills and client-facing experience
You will ideally have prior knowledge of Salesforce
