Architect at Leading Multi-Disciplinary Design Studio

About the Role: This position invites an Architect to become an integral part of a collaborative and innovative environment, where you will lead projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve direct interaction with project teams and clients, ensuring all aspects of the design and execution align with the studio's high standards and sustainable practices.
What You Will Do:
- You will steer project teams through complex design and development phases, applying your deep understanding of architectural principles in the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors.
- Managing client relationships and planning applications will be among your key responsibilities, requiring both precision and creative insight.
- Your expertise will also extend to overseeing the integration of sustainable design practices, ensuring that all projects contribute positively to their environments.
Who We Are Looking For:
- An individual with a professional degree in architecture and at least five years of relevant experience, especially in leading project teams within the designated sectors.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your capability in managing large-scale projects and your proficiency with Revit and BIM technologies.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with various stakeholders and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
