An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Part 3 Architect to become an integral part of an international multi-disciplinary studio located in South London. This role is perfectly suited for someone ready to engage with all facets of a project, from the spark of inception to the final brushstroke of completion.
The studio operates at the intersection of contemporary architecture, urban planning, landscape design, interior design, and product design. With a culturally rich and design-led ethos, they draw inspiration from the power of place to shape architecture that resonates with clarity, functionality, and spatial excellence. Sustainability is not an afterthought but a core principle embedded in the studio's approach. They are committed to creating designs that minimize environmental footprints, promote well-being, and foster community connectivity, all through thoughtful material selection and design strategies.
They are on the lookout for an architect with a minimum of seven years of project management experience, who can demonstrate expertise in high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, and have a track record of leading project teams through successful design development and delivery.

Developing and leading project design across multiple stages.
Coordinating the design, details, material specifications, and technologies to align with project specifications.
Ensuring quality and consistency across project documentation and drawings.
Handling day-to-day communications with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure projects remain on track.
Implementing QA/QC procedures, maintaining project milestones, and adhering to studio tools for effective project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (ARCHICAD), Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is essential. If you can also produce hand drawings and visualizations, that’s an added bonus.
