Site Maintenance Handyperson / Fabric Technician

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri, 2pm - 10pm

A large FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work at a commercial/industrial site based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £30,000 per annum. Working Monday - Friday, 2pm- 10pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.

Carry out general building repair and maintenance

* Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture

* Basic plumbing and small leak repairs

* Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles

* To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards

* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs

* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
