We are hiring for full time role with flexible hours, but at least two days a week the coordinator must be available between 12:00pm - 9pm UK time.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator at AMEC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership and staff with the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies and initiatives. Your efforts will drive brand awareness and membership growth through effective campaign management, content creation, and brand promotion. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the AMEC Global Managing Director and will receive strategic direction, advice, and assistance from the AMEC Comms Taskforce. 

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Collaborate with manager(s) to plan, execute, and monitor communication and marketing campaigns. Define individual campaign objectives, establish timelines, and ensure all components are prepared for successful launches.

Content Creation:

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to local markets

Oversee the creation and management of content for the AMEC website and social media channels, including articles, posts, and videos.

Brand Awareness

Analyze customer behavior to propose innovative strategies for enhancing brand visibility.

Conduct market research and produce promotional materials to support brand initiatives.

Administrative Tasks

Manage marketing budgets, coordinate meetings, and maintain organizational files and databases.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in content creation and management.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Experienced with data analytics and reporting.
  • Skilled in CRM software and email marketing platforms.
  • Competent in graphic design and editing software.
  • Familiar with social media management and advertising.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication and articulation in English.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a creative approach.
  • Strong collaborative teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization.
  • Demonstrates empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience under stress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.

Fluency in English is required.
