Business Systems Solutions is an exciting department, set up to support the wider Business as it continues to grow. This is across our on premise, SaaS and cloud solutions to support processes within the Business to drive effectiveness, efficiency, scalability and sustainability.

With a solid foundation in software delivery, technical knowledge, people skills and a passion for software development, you will be invaluable to the success of the team. You will be responsible for writing quality code in C#, React and .NET, ensuring you shape and adhere to the required processes and standards.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Commercial software development experience in React.
NET Core, .NET Framework and SQL development.
Proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable software solutions.
Knowledge of web design and development, responsive web frameworks and mobile development.
Experience deploying applications to the cloud and building CI and CD pipelines to support the process.
Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Passion for software development and technology.
Experience mentoring and developing junior developers.
Working both individually and with the team to produce high quality applications.
Mentoring, sharing knowledge and helping to develop the skills of junior members of the team.
Defining and shaping the coding standards and practices within the team.
Supporting all phases of projects.
Writing technical specifications.
