From installation and configuration to troubleshooting connectivity issues, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the operations running smoothly.What you’ll be doing day to day as Studio Support Engineer :
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment
- Leading small to medium networking projects and deployments
- Managing support cases via Salesforce
- Providing technical support at client meetings
- Developing detailed studio documentation
You’ll also be involved in various aspects of the business, making every day an exciting new challenge Here's what we're looking for in a Studio Network Support Engineer:
- Excellent understanding of computer networking, TCP/IP, and VLANs
- Familiarity with wireless networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience with routing protocols like BGP & OSPF
- Knowledge of networking devices and security mechanisms
- System administration experience with OSX or Linux
- A can-do attitude, excellent social skills, and keen attention to detail
