Company Description Aqualona is a fully licensed and registered 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) Company that has quite a few different clients who we supply the service of 3PL to. The 3PL side of the business has grown massively and we are bringing on more clients frequently. We work on large scale and during peak times we can be despatching up to 7,500 orders a day. Aqualona is looking for someone to manage accounts we provide a 3PL service for. Role Description Aqualona is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our third-party logistics partners. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of stock, accurate fulfilment and strong operational delivery across our supply chain. You will build and maintain productive relationships with 3PLs, collaborate closely with internal teams. Key deliverables Managing day-to-day operational performance with 3PL partners, including service levels, fulfilment accuracy and cost control. Overseeing stock movements, order flows and system updates to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations and internal processes. Preparing regular reports on 3PL performance, KPIs and any service issues requiring escalation. Liaising internally with sales, operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery performance. Maintaining new and existing relationships with 3PLs. Ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly to minimise operational disruption. Requirements Minimum 1 year demonstrable experience in account management, supply chain coordination or operations within an FMCG or similar environment. Strong analytical capability, with confidence in interpreting data and identifying trends or risks. Proven ability to build productive, long-term stakeholder relationships. Understanding or experience in Mintsoft is a bonus Solid understanding of stock management principles and fulfilment workflows. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution. Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data or operational processes. Team oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently when required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment. Qualifications Valid right to work in the UK.
