Job Title: Digital Project Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Project Executive with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in CMS management, e-commerce platforms, and development roles, preferably in executive or senior-level positions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in email generation tools, digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Dropbox, project management, paid advertising (PPC), and social media management.
In this role, you will primarily focus on managing and optimising Guru products, with the opportunity to expand your scope to other brands as part of a growing digital team. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, as you will work closely with team members and receive support and training from Ben, who will guide you through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise CMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Utilise email generation tools and DAM platforms (e.g., Dropbox) for effective project delivery.
- Oversee digital project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate on paid advertising campaigns (PPC) and social media strategies.
- Support the setup and integration of Monday.com for streamlined project management across the digital team.
- Work with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of specialised areas within the digital team.
- Experience working on site SEO and the tools associated for optimisation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CMS and e-commerce management. (Development experience would be desirable)
- Proven track record of performance and meeting business objectives.
- Expertise in email marketing tools and digital asset management.
- Experience in project management, with skills utilising project management software (Monday.com,Asana etc..)
- Familiarity with paid advertising (PPC) and paid social media management.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
