We are seeking a Cost Busines Partner to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing all operating costs for the Pen Underwriting business, ensuring robust cost management and governance.
Your main objective will be to provide timely and accurate cost reporting to senior stakeholders, including the Chief Financial Officer and Manding Directors. This will involve conducting detailed analysis of costs & dentifying areas for improvement.
Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner in the oversight of operating expenditure incurred within the Pen trading division
Perform meaningful analysis and reporting of all OPEX and compensation costs, providing detailed feedback to key divisional stakeholders on their spend/costs
Liaise with wider Finance teams to understand and challenge central cost allocations
Work with key stakeholders to measure the productivity of each business area within the division
Provide support and reporting as part of the division's M&A tracking
Assistance and support in response to external and internal audit requests
Liaising with Finance Business Partners and other departments out with Management Accounts team to provide support for queries as they arise
Qualifed Accountant (ACCA/CA/CIMA or equivalent)
Experience gained within a SOX and regulatory/control based environment highly desirable.
Strong analysis skills
