We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our dunnhumby global L&D team to redefine, shape and execute transformative learning experiences enabled by cutting-edge technologies. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team and contribute directly to the performance of both our colleagues and clients, driving dunnhumby's growth ambitions forward.

What we expect from you

• Strategic Leadership: Lead a team in reshaping learning and onboarding experiences, making use of innovative technology
• Data Proficiency: Draw insights from our People & Learning eco-system and articulate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Partnership & Programme Management: Build alliances with business leaders, evaluate programme effectiveness against KPIs, and drive enhancements
• Implementation Excellence: Implement processes and solutions for clients and colleagues, focusing on efficiency and impact
• Process Optimization: Manage all aspects of learning activities, from technology to budgeting, for organisational excellence
• Innovation Integration: Introduce cutting-edge methodologies and collaborate with vendors for rapid prototyping
• Service Enhancement: Promote, adopt, and utilise learning assets effectively through robust engagement plans
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, incorporate best practices, and drive ongoing enhancement
