We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our gaming products and solutions, working across multiple departments to guarantee that all initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, QA, and design, serving as the central coordinator to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects. As a Delivery Manager, you will also play a crucial role in optimizing processes, identifying risks, and ensuring proactive communication among all stakeholders. You’ll ensure that our products not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of functionality, performance, and user experience.
Project Planning & Coordination : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Define the scope, goals, and objectives for each project, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical capabilities.
Multi-Project Management : Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and resources to ensure seamless delivery across all initiatives. Adjust priorities as needed to accommodate shifting project demands while maintaining project momentum.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate the efforts of diverse teams, including developers, product owners, QA, and designers, to ensure smooth execution of all project deliverables from concept to launch.
Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, or bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, delivering regular updates on project status, timelines, and outcomes. Post-Launch Evaluation : Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate the success of each project, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes by identifying inefficiencies, developing solutions, and implementing new practices that enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Industry Experience : 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within the iGaming or technology sector. A proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Strong familiarity with GitLab flow, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Ability to collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex project challenges. Organisational Skills : Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure all project elements are accounted for and on track.
Project Management Tools : Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate with stakeholders.
Experience in delivering Live Casino or gaming products, with a deep understanding of the nuances and demands of these specific markets.
Familiarity with additional project management frameworks or methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience adapting them to meet the unique needs of a fast-paced iGaming environment.
