Help credentialise Deloittes expertise through supporting in Oral presentations Create resource estimates and commercial approaches to support Business development Build delivery time scales and project plans Understand offshore and onshore models to provide best solution for delivery and client outcome Demonstrable experience leading complex, outcome focused, ServiceNow transformation programmes within our private sector industries, relating to ServiceNow, Enterprise service management and service operating models Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier, and partner relationships. Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice Certified in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines Certified in ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher certifications.
