At HC-One, we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Chef to join our brand-new Flex Force team working across south Wales. 
If you’re looking to earn extra money while growing your experience in the care sector, Flex Force is the ideal solution as you can work the contracted hours to suit you, with guaranteed set pay each month. What’s more, you can select your shifts to work flexibly around your family life or other commitments. While shifts will be offered as required by our care homes across the south Wales, you will remain in control of your working week and the shifts you pick up. 
HC-One are looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.  A driving license with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.  
You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking to our Residents. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
