Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in  Bridgend, Porthcawl , Pencoed and surrounding areas  as a Care Professional. We are looking to transport and support our clients out into community, therefore driving and having a vehicle is required.

Looking for care support Monday - Friday , required to work every other weekend 

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help people remain independent in their own home:

companionship home help services  personal care services  many more  number of secondary responsibilities which you can find in the job description document upon request

Qualifications

No experience necessary - full mandatory and specialist training will be provided

Friendly, approachable and honest. Good communication skills, good listening skills.
Full UK driving license with reliable vehicle due to transport requirement to access community.
This role is subject to successful interview, DBS enhanced disclosure and satisfactory references.

Registration with Social Care Wales , if not registered, full support will be provided

QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care , if not qualfied, full support will be provided
