Director (Healthcare Events) A leading specialist healthcare agency is seeking a Director to join their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within an established, independent strategic agency

#This agency is renowned for its expertise in healthcare communications events and its commitment to delivering exceptional results for global pharma clients. As a Director, you will be a pivotal senior figure - the trusted partner to key pharma clients and the driving force behind smooth, successful project delivery. You’ll oversee events from initial concept through to on-site execution , ensuring excellence at every stage

#Shape and lead account strategy to drive retention, growth, and long-term client success
Act as the main client contact for day-to-day communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams with clear briefs and direction
Build deep insight into client businesses, audiences, challenges, and communication objectives
Proven experience as an Account Director in the healthcare communications/marketing/events space
Strong Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sector experience
Demonstrated ability to manage full end-to-end communication projects - strategy, creative, content, production, and digital
Expert project and financial management skills
Strong presentation, communication, and decision-making capabilities
