We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to play an important role in helping Bizclik Media grow. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and you’ll also help with some of our training delivery to small groups and individuals. You will work closely with our HR administrator and management team to ensure we attract, develop and retain top talent for our business. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
Work with managers to understand hiring needs, build job descriptions and create ad campaigns across our websites and 3rd party channels.
Review and propose changes where needed around our existing processes for recruitment, onboarding, training and retention.
Carry out initial screening (with an administrator), lead our interviews and the entire recruitment process.
Support managers with training and workshops on good recruitment.
Ideally, successful candidates will have some experience around sales training programs.
3+ years in a recruitment role.
Demonstrable experience owning a recruitment framework in a standalone role.
A creative, positive thinker, using innovative tools and methods to further improve our Talent Acquisition.
An excellent communicator both face to face and in writing.
