- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Account Manager or similar role, with a focus on managing large budget campaigns.

- Expertise in optimising and controlling engagement on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Proficiency in utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data analysis findings to stakeholders effectively.

- Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and campaign performance tracking.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently
