Leading Education is an international education consultancy based in London focused on helping ambitious students to achieve their academic goals. Our unique online tuition and in person summer schools are designed to help students develop the curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills to win a place at top UK universities including Oxbridge, Imperial, LSE, Medical Schools etc. In the last 2 years we have introduced a number of new programmes including our summer school offerings, GCSE and A-level revision programmes and EPQ qualifcation service. We have doubled our revenue year-on-year since our inception in 2017 and with the introduction of out newer programmes now aim to consulate the sales team to be able to promote our courses succcessfully to students internationally and in the UK.

We are looking for someone who can make an impact on a dynamic, fast-moving company by joining the team as an Education Consultant in a sales capacity. This role will contribute to Leading Educations continued growth with the candidate gaining exposure to different marketing and sales strategies. Through gaining exposure to different marketing and sales strategies in our year one rotation system, you will find your niche and develop your skill set in multiple different areas of sales and marketing. Rotations will include direct customer sales, work with schools, collaboration with our international education partners and development of marketing materials. Using your commercial acumen to advise our clients about the paid services offered by Leading Education, acting as a trusted mentor to students, parents and teachers.
Contributing to our rapidly growing UK and international marketing and sales strategies
Working closely with students and parents through online consultations, mentoring them throughout the application process, leading them on their journey to their dream university.
Playing a pivotal role in the commercial success of the company by pushing forward new leads to drive sales cycles towards completion. 
Working towards building and developing new long term partnerships with international schools.
Taking part in in-person events with our education partners.

Responsibility from day 1 – we want to support you to take ownership of your own projects and see the impact of your work.
We operate a hybrid model of working, which currently involves 2-3 days in the office in London and 3 days working from home. 
Make a large-scale, tangible impact by helping thousands of students a year from diverse backgrounds win a place at their dream university. 
High performers will have international travel opportunities to Europe, Asia and the Americas.

You are tenacious and stop at nothing to make sure students are receiving high-quality customer service.
High level of energy when speaking with clients and ability to maintain that through multiple meetings in one day.
Passion to work in the education sector.
Understanding of UK education. This may be because you went to a UK university yourself, or because you have worked in the education sector previously. 
Commitment to protecting the welfare and safeguarding of children. 
Degree from a top UK university, e.g. Experience in a sales or fundraising role 
At least 1 year of full time work experience
