We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of QA to lead our quality assurance team. As the Head of QA, you will be responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with the customer, professional services, development, product management, and operations teams to implement best practices and processes that drive continuous improvement and innovation

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with performance testing, security testing.
