Do you have strong experience working as a PA? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you with a top company in the Music industry based in London.
The role will be hybrid with 4x days a week on site, this will mainly be at their London office however will have occasional trips to the Harlow office. The salary for the role is up to £40,000.
The role will be reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for Personal Assistant duties for the CEO (As well as other directors occasionally) as well as some company administration responsibilities.
Skills/Experience Required
Must have great communication skills
Experience working administration roles below
Experience working as a PA CEO ideally (To senior employees as a minimum)
You will need a background in Media, Arts, Creative kind of industries
Whilst there may be some variation the responsibilities can be seen below:
PA to CEO
Manage CEO's diary (setting up/co-ordinating internal and external meetings, concerts, travel, etc.)
Arrange travel when required
P repare letters for CEO when required
Clerical support (typing up notes, reports etc.)
Other (check LM)
HR administration
(additional training will be provided as necessary)
Maintain staff HR template documents within the company's online HR system
Liaise with external HR specialist(s) on behalf of the Company when required.
Provide letters and correspondence on behalf of the Company/CEO for all staff changes
Office administration (London office)
Assist London office staff with routine office functions as necessary, including post, couriers, etc.
Main point person for contact with Landlord's agent when buildings maintenance or security issues arise.
Monitor stationery and replenish as necessary.
