Provide expert compliance advice, focusing on motor insurance industry regulations.
Identify and manage conduct-related risks.
Support regulatory reporting and track legal requirements.
Arrange internal compliance training.

Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and motor insurance industry priorities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on risk and controls.
Ability to adapt to new businesses and products.
