Conduct comprehensive health assessments of inmates upon intake and throughout their incarceration

⦁ In the event of medical emergencies or crises within the prison, nurses are trained to respond quickly and effectively.
⦁ Accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes is essential for continuity of care and legal purposes
