What We’re Looking For We want a proven Service Manager who: Has experience in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership environment. Can demonstrate a strong track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence. Possesses exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Shares our values and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is not just a management role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of the site, lead a committed team, and make a real impact. Your Responsibilities Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction above manufacturer averages. Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Group standards. Create and maintain a safe, positive working environment. Support and develop colleagues to achieve their goals and deliver business objectives. What We Offer Competitive Package: £48,000 basic salary, OTE £60,000, plus a company car.
