Job Title: B2B Telesales Representative Pay rate: £12.50ph - Monday to Friday Who we are: A trusted supplier of modular and bespoke exhibition stand solutions, providing a range of exhibition displays, banners, signage and printing. We specialise in providing fantastic customer service where clients can relax using their services, knowing that their exhibition, marketing campaign or product launch will be completely taken care of. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided prospect lists, including warm leads, past customers, and web leads. Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and professionally to maximize sales opportunities. Follow up on verbal quotes with written quotations. Identify opportunities to upsell on existing orders to maximize sales revenue. Update the CRM system with detailed customer notes and interactions & maintain accurate records. Assist with answering phones during busy periods and cover sales admin tasks. Find suitable supplies and suppliers for non-standard requests from key customers. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships. Oversee the sales process from order to completion, including calling customers for future orders. Assist sales personnel with administrative tasks such as answering reception, phone, and emails. Perform general office work and ensure smooth office operations. Arrange collections and deliveries as needed to meet customer requirements. Phone prospects to generate new business opportunities. Requirements: Valid driving license. Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software.
