Sales Support Executive Our rapidly growing Hereford based client is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will join a small busy team of ambitious and service driven professionals, responsible for supporting the sales team whilst maintaining strong client relationships. You can expect:

  • Salary: up to £30k per annum, depending on experience
  • Commission structure available after completion of probationary period
  • Ongoing growth opportunities
  • Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday (30minutes for lunch)
  • Training programme
  • Office based with a great team culture and a strong family spirit
What you will be doing:
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues effectively
  • Offering support to external/internal sales reps with quoting and administration
  • Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships
  • Customer interaction with proactive quotation follow-ups and order processing
  • Working with the sales team, in pipeline management, to ensure all opportunities are being followed through
  • Some responsibility will involve taking in-bound calls/enquiries and actioning as necessary
What we are looking for:
  • Prior administration experience within a sales environment would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within the sales team
  • Ability to work within a small but driven team
  • Experience of working with ERP systems and CRM sales tools
