Southern Water is embarking on a bold journey to install Smart Meters across our network — a strategic move that will help us and our customers reduce water abstraction, cut carbon emissions, and improve financial efficiency. This role is to cover a period of Maternity Leave and is central to transforming how we engage with customers, identify leakage, and drive down water consumption — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Accurately process and manage smart meter exchange data.
Analyse data to spot trends and drive performance improvements.
Help shape the future of smart water operations through insight and innovation.
Precision in data entry and validation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
Experience in customer service, with bonus points for utility sector knowledge.
