Are you a NAM with a record of working across the UK retail scene on a fast-growing brand? This is an exciting opportunity within a health and wellness scale-up… you’ll be responsible for managing various retailers across the UK+ EU managing over 7k stores across promotions, stock and new product launches within this ground-breaking organisation.

The impact of hormone changes on health is significant – it can affect both mental and physical health and leave people feeling like they’ve lost themselves and their vitality. We’ve created a number of services and products to support customers on their hormonal health journey. This includes extensively researched supplements and our highly rated health app to support wellbeing holistically.

Our mission is to improve millions of lives by educating and innovating products to help support hormonal health. As the UK + Ireland NAM, you’ll be planning, implementing and overseeing sales and trading activity, managing a broad range of customers with everyone from pharmacy distributors to high street chains across over 7000 stores. You’ll execute store launches, promotions and growth plans with P&L management across retailers such as Boots, Holland & Barrett, and Superdrug to name a few. Taking responsibility for the continued strong growth of our retail channel the role will report into our co-founder and will work very closely with the rest of the business on delivering the commercial plan.

Executing the brand’s retail strategy - delivering profitable growth and increasing brand presence in our bricks and mortar customers.
Working with the team to execute online and offline trade plans and go-to-market plans
Driving new business and expanding the brand's customer base to grow the market share of the brand.
Taking ownership of retail channel growth and profitability, maximising ROI through promotional execution and pricing management
Leveraging analytics, retail sales data and consumer insights to drive trade efficiencies and learnings to grow the brand.
Sharing learning and insights from in-market activity, promotions and competitor activity to share with team.

A proven record of achieving high levels of brand growth with new and existing customers.
Strong financial record of delivering profitable growth.
Sales experience within an FMCG environment in the UK.
