Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Hours: Full-time, 37.Salary: Band 6, £25.Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is renowned for providing high-quality health and social care services in South East London. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team at the Beckenham Beacon in Bromley. In this role, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care to adults in the community. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and support recovery.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
Support patients in crisis and manage risk effectively.
Engage in continuous professional development and supervision.
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
Previous experience in a community mental health setting is desirable.
Strong assessment and care planning skills.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
