Brand Manager – Packaging Artwork Europe (remote) Very Competitive Package A highly successful global packaging business is looking for an experienced Brand Manager with a strong background in working with and selling into global brands. As the business continues to strengthen its presence in the market, it is seeking a creative and strategic-minded individual to join as a Brand Manager focusing on selling the full brand experience specifically Packaging Artwork. As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the packaging artwork services to prospective clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing customised solutions that meet clients' unique needs and objectives, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. You will benefit from working for a global business, who have more than 50 sites around the world. One that has a proven track record and experience in working with global well known brands and manage the entire process from packaging artwork/design and print, covering all pack formats, including new product launches ensuring brand consistency now matter where in the world it is produced. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to identify potential clients interested in packaging artwork services. Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their packaging requirements, brand objectives, and project specifications. Present and promote packaging artwork solutions, capabilities, and value propositions to clients through engaging sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and project management, to develop tailored artwork solutions that meet clients' expectations and deliver on-time and within budget. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that maximize revenue and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for packaging artwork expertise. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM software, and provide regular updates and reports to management. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate brand guidelines, product specifications, and creative briefs into compelling packaging artwork concepts. Manage the end-to-end artwork process, including concept ideation, design reviews, revisions, and final approvals, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and project coordination, addressing inquiries, providing status updates, and managing expectations effectively. For your application to be successful, you will need to have: Proven track record of success in Brand Management, specifically sales within the packaging industry: packaging design/artwork Strong understanding of packaging artwork concepts, processes, and technologies, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to clients. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results, maximizing ROI, and delivering value to clients. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and business needs. Previous experience working with global brands or in a multicultural environment is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Packaging Engineering, or related field would be advantageous.
