Sales Analyst Executive

My client producers virtual media advertising on premium sports broadcasts. They seamlessly integrate virtual ads from different advertisers into live footage and broadcast to targeted audiences around the globe. They are seeking a Sports Executive Assistant to join the team and work with the Head of Media & Sales.
For the last eight years the team have produced in premium sports events such as Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, Formula One World Championship, UEFA Champions League, Europa League, European Qualifiers (almost 9 years exclusive UEFA post production) and many others.
Salary - £30,000
Location - Richmond, hybrid. 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of schedules and documents using Microsoft Office tools supporting their delivery for broadcast feeds, brand delivery and other account coordination
- Support the Head of Media & Sales in producing timely analysis and internal reporting
- Sports industry and brand research - provide business research & insights to support the media & partnerships sales teams
- Documentation collateral - support and assist in presentation creation, database management
- Other ad-hoc project and client and brand analysis tasks as and when required
Experience required :
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Confident delivering verbal presentations and an all-round good communicator
- Quick learner and willingness to adapt and undertake ad-hoc tasks
- Preferably a keen interest in competitive sport with an understanding of the sporting commercial industry
