With your expertise, you’ll develop strategically aligned design principles, conduct regular assessments of the operating model, and offer data-driven insights to optimise the structure, size, and skill mix of our teams. You will play a key part in driving efficiency through automation, simplification of processes and ways of working.As a trusted partner to leaders in both the Airline and Holidays businesses, you will provide best-practice advice and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes.
