Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The role of Deputy Project Manager will assist the Project Manager of a plant with the schedule, budget, and quality of work.

Monitor and support the management of the project and site activities
Direct the technical and administrative project teams.
Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule of the project work
Prepare and update project plans and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional meetings related to project
Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions
Update and maintain project program
Assist in preparing project management documentation and reports including project management plans, risk registers, cost control documents, project reports etc.
Document control
Interface with project team members
Degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
Minimum 2 years project management experience with medium and large size projects (preferably in the energy sector)
Master’s degree in project management or PMP is a plus
Deep knowledge of Project controls (cost controls, contract management and scheduling)
Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus.
HSE & Quality Management
Creative problem solving for critical projects/ crisis situations
