Job Title: Production Manager

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Lead and manage a production team in the building of electrical/electronic equipment and PCB assembly.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements, continuously improving the working environment.
Plan, organise, and coordinate resources to meet production requirements.
Investigate and analyse production-related issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure accuracy and completeness of production documents.
Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for operational excellence.
Promote and enforce lean manufacturing processes to maintain safe working environments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, both locally and at other production facilities.

Degree level education or equivalent in electrical/electronic production industry.
Attention to detail and ability to analyse data for continuous improvement.
Proficient in email and MS Office software, including Project and PowerPoint.

Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in relevant production software and tools.
