Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of pupils at various levels of ability. Lead small group interventions and provide one-to-one support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or other additional learning needs. Provide support in classroom management, behaviour management, and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for pupils with SEN.
