Role Summary : In this position, you’ll provide essential support to the Sales Office Manager and the sales team. Your responsibilities include managing legal documents, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Sales Progression Assistance :Collaborate with solicitors to facilitate sales from reservation to legal completion.Maintain communication channels and organise legal documents.Secretarial Support:Assist the Sales Office Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Directors, and Sales Managers.Handle correspondence (letters, memos, reports), manage diaries, and organise meetings.Maintain spreadsheets and handle general administrative duties.Sales System Management:Record and input sales-related data (releases, reservations, cancellations, etc.) into our sales system.Ensure accurate development details on our sales systems and marketing platforms.
Reporting and Coordination :Generate regular reports for the sales department, Divisional management, and Group.Coordinate information flow between sales and other departments.Customer Interaction:Address phone and email enquiries from prospective customers.Capture customer details in the sales system and create marketing materials as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous.GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adaptability to new systems.
