Technical Business Analyst

Do you have experience working on software development projects as a BA?

Can you work with ITIL and SCRUM?

Are you able to work within consulting across different business sectors?

Illuminet are hiring a Technical IT Business Analyst to join our expanding Management Consulting Business. A suitable candidate will be able to develop solutions to more technical business problems and have the ability to work within strict timeframes in order to get the job done. The candidate will also play a key role in capturing business needs, leading the analysis process, studying the business model, and examining technological systems.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years working within Business Analysis
  • Strategic planning experience
  • Rollouts, Deployments, Upgrades, Applications and App Development, Infrastructure
  • Utilities, Retail/Supply chain, Insurance/Financial services, Information Technology, Technology
  • Proficiency in MS products including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
  • Experience with common industry frameworks like ITIL, Scrum, Agile and Waterfall is desirable
  • Knowledge of 1 or more of SAP, RPA, workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Dynamics 365 desirable
  • Opportunities to be certified in Blueyonder, UIPath, SCRUM Master
