Illuminet are hiring a Technical IT Business Analyst to join our expanding Management Consulting Business. A suitable candidate will be able to develop solutions to more technical business problems and have the ability to work within strict timeframes in order to get the job done. The candidate will also play a key role in capturing business needs, leading the analysis process, studying the business model, and examining technological systems. Minimum of 3 years working within Business Analysis
Strategic planning experience
Rollouts, Deployments, Upgrades, Applications and App Development, Infrastructure
Utilities, Retail/Supply chain, Insurance/Financial services, Information Technology, Technology
Proficiency in MS products including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Experience with common industry frameworks like ITIL, Scrum, Agile and Waterfall is desirable
Knowledge of 1 or more of SAP, RPA, workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Dynamics 365 desirable
Opportunities to be certified in Blueyonder, UIPath, SCRUM Master
10-15% bonus
Location: Office in Poole (Hybrid 2 days a week)
