With 60 bedrooms offering Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care, we’re still at the beginning of our story and that means real opportunities for development and progression as we continue to grow. Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.
12.21 per hour.
~ Paid DBS and free uniform.

~5.6 weeks of annual leave (pro rata for part-time roles)

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and enthusiasm to every moment. You’ll work closely with your colleagues across the home, helping to create a warm, safe, and joyful environment where people feel truly cared for.
You don’t need previous experience in care just a genuine passion for helping others and the willingness to learn. We’ll give you full training, a supportive team, and the confidence to shine in your role.
If you do have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, that’s great but if not, we can help you work towards it.
