Lovett Care is seeking **Care Assistants** to join our amazing team at **Twyford House located in Alsager. **This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Social Care Professional to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.

**Could you be our next Care Assistant?**
- Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well being
- Ensure that all required standards are maintained
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of individuals you support
- Develop effective working relationships with all team members
- Assist in the support of new care team members to their job role
- Maintain accurate documentation on pcs at the point of care delivery
- Support residents to maintain a high standard of personal care, hygiene, and physical wellbeing
- Ensure resident’s aids and equipment are maintained e.g., glasses, wheelchairs, dentures
- Respond immediately to any concerns that may pose a risk to health, safety and wellbeing of residents, visitors, or your team
- Dispense medication following Lovett Care policies and procedures
- Maintain the confidentiality of information
- Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
- To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout your working day

**What are we are looking for?**
- A team player
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience of working in a care environment _(Not essential, as full training is given)_
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Competent IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
