Entry Level Recruitment Consultant Chelmsford – Hays Recruitment

We are seeking a sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Chelmsford office in our Professional Services Recruitment team. Chelmsford is a vibrant and fast-growing city that blends historic charm with modern convenience offering a great quality of life and a strong sense of community. As an Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture relationships within organisations across Chelmsford. You will be conducting business development (sales calls) to seek out and meet with Recruitment teams, Directors, line managers, and other key stakeholders. As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be recruiting the best and most experienced candidates for roles across a professional sector. This is an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant join a collaborative and inclusive environment ensuring you are set-up to succeed whilst being surrounded by expertise.

The responsibilities of an Recruitment Consultant in Chelmsford include:
Actively engaging with face-to-face meetings with in-house recruitment professionals, directors, and line managers.
Draft reports, ensure compliance, and participate in internal projects.
