RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our talent, assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have.
  • Collaborate closely with our film/broadcast/scripted talent, managing their day-to-day diaries and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Utilize your industry knowledge and connections to scout new, emerging, and established talent, keeping our roster fresh and dynamic.
  • Handle client contracts and NDAs with precision and confidentiality.
  • Take charge of incoming brand partnership inquiries, coordinating opportunities that align with our talent's interests and objectives.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and security details for talent, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Bring at least 1 year of experience within a casting role or talent management agency, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the film and acting industries, staying up-to-date with trends, projects, and talent.
  • Have experience with Spotlight submissions, showcasing your ability to navigate casting platforms and talent databases effectively.
