of Composite Machining practices and standards, flexible, proactive and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Previous extensive experience of setting and operating 5 axis CNC machines with a Siemens and/or Heidenhain control.
Experience of Pattern Shop processes and machining epoxy tooling block patterns, jigs, and moulds.
Experience of machining complex moulded carbon fibre components and inserts to tight tolerances – ideally class A Formula One Components inc. An ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions when support may not be available.
Knowledge of Openmind Hypermill software would be an advantage.
Experience using Renishaw probes to set parts/MSP software would be an advantage.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Have a positive attitude and be willing to help throughout the department.
A willingness to work extra hours as required.

Operating 5 Axis CNC machines using both Siemens and Heidenhain Controls to machine composite components, epoxy tooling block patterns, jigs and fixtures.
