**Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TJ**

**Full time hours: 07:00 - 16:00, early finish Fridays**

**About the Role**:

- Join us in crafting precision components for the thrilling world of Formula 1. As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in producing unique technical parts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to specifications
- Load raw materials, unload finished parts
- Interpret blueprints for accuracy
- Monitor machining process, ensuring quality
- Inspect parts for defects, maintain standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues
- Document production activities and settings
- Collaborate with team to optimise processes
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Continuous skill enhancement in CNC techniques
