We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us spread the BFT movement.

This is a part-time hybrid role at BFT Glasgow Central, located in Glasgow City Centre, with flexibility for some remote work. This role will take the lead in driving our sales and marketing strategy to grow our business rapidly over the next 6-12 months. We are looking for a self-starter who has a proven background in sales, especially with a multi-channel approach.

Drive Membership Sales: Generate leads, conduct studio tours, and effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs to prospective members.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads into memberships and upselling additional services.
Engage with the Community: Actively participate in local events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase studio visibility and attract new members.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
