You will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals supporting the business development across United Kingdom.


Client Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Account Development: identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services to key accounts.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Contract Negotiation and Renewal: lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize account management strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM software.
