Financial Controller

The Financial Reporting Controller will be a key member of the Accounting & Finance team in the logistics sector, responsible for managing financial reports and working closely with the team to deliver accurate financial statements.
Our client is a multinational firm in the logistics sector with a significant presence across the Thames Valley. They pride themselves on their comprehensive range of products and their commitment to exceptional customer service. Preparation and submission of accurate financial reports
Monitoring risk, internal control, balance sheet integrity and statutory financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes
Providing financial analysis and forecasting
Participating in special projects as required
Enhancing the efficiency of the financial reporting process
A successful Financial Reporting Controller should have:
ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Excellent excel skills and an ability to work with large data sets
An attractive salary range of approximately £50 - £56,000 per annum
