Job Description
- Preparation and submission of accurate financial reports
- Monitoring risk, internal control, balance sheet integrity and statutory financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Assisting in budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Regularly review controls and processes and implement process improvement plans.
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors
- Providing financial analysis and forecasting
- Participating in special projects as required
- Enhancing the efficiency of the financial reporting process
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Reporting Controller should have:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent excel skills and an ability to work with large data sets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently
- The ability to self-manage and prioritize workload accordingly
